We are pleased to welcome M. Stephen's restaurant as a new addition to the JH Adams Inn. Beginning January 1, 2008, they will be exclusively handling all of the food & beverage for
the Inn.

M. Stephen's focus centers on the four main essentials of successful dining: food and beverage, atmosphere, service, and value. The mission statement, displayed in the foyer of the restaurant, is "to provide a fine culinary experience delivered by excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere at a reasonable value to the diner."

The menu focuses on French-New American cuisine with a wide array of great selections, made from only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Wine Spectator Magazine also described it as one of the best restaurants for wine lovers! M. Stephen's has established itself as one of the area's favorite culinary destinations and is sure to offer you a pleasant and unique culinary experience every time you visit.

New Hours of Operation will be:
Lunch: Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Dinner: Monday through Saturday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Sunday from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Sunday Brunch will be available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
